市民社会の秩序や安全を脅かす反社会的勢力に対しては、毅然とした態度で対応し、一切の関係を持ちません。本方針は、当社のすべての業務、契約、採用、調達に適用されます。
We sever all ties with anti-social forces and apply this policy across engagements, contracts, hiring, and procurement.

反社会的勢力（暴力団、暴力団員、暴力団準構成員、暴力団関係企業、総会屋、社会運動標榜ゴロ、特殊知能暴力集団等、これらに準ずる者を含みます）からの一切の要求・取引を拒絶します。判明した場合は、契約の解除その他の必要な措置を直ちに講じます。
We refuse any transaction with anti-social forces, broadly defined per Japanese government guidance, and terminate contracts immediately upon discovery.
反社会的勢力への対応は、担当者個人ではなく、代表者を含む組織として行います。脅迫・恫喝・つきまとい等を受けた場合も、組織として支援します。
Decisions are taken at the principal level, not by individuals alone. Threats and harassment are handled organizationally.
警察、暴力追放運動推進センター、弁護士その他の外部専門機関と平時から連携し、有事には速やかに通報・相談します。
We coordinate with police, the Japan Center for Removal of Criminal Organizations, and counsel; we report incidents promptly.
反社会的勢力からの不当な要求に対しては、民事および刑事の両面から法的に対応します。脅威を回避するための裏取引には応じません。
Improper demands are met with civil and criminal legal response. We do not engage in concealed transactions to avoid threats.
反社会的勢力に対して、名目を問わず、資金提供・便宜供与その他経済的利益の提供を行いません。
We do not provide funds, favors, or any economic benefit to anti-social forces under any name.
